Our laboratory studies nano/micro electromechanical systems (Nano/MEMS) and various energy conversion systems, and engages in multidisciplinary integration research of mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, material engineering, physics, chemistry, etc. Based on micro mechanical systems, we study micro/nano scale dynamics and physical phenomena, and develop new concept application devices through integration with the latest nano materials and MEMS.
